Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44102575) and the date (6/26/1444 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the letter from the Culinary Arts Authority No. (3911) on (6/22/1444 AH), Regarding Council of Ministers Resolution No. (398) dated (10/6/1441 AH) ruling in item (First) establishing several bodies (including the Culinary Arts Authority) This is by its organizational arrangements accompanying this decision, and what was included in Clause (Fourth) Paragraph (14, 11, 10, 4) of the decision: “Proposing standards and standards for the culinary arts sector.”
Licensing activities related to the authority’s field of work “classifying restaurants, dishes and chefs and setting up the necessary mechanisms, controls, and requirements for this”, and "creating a database for the culinary arts sector".
We inform you that the Authority has launched the service of registering the classification of heritage restaurants on the cultural licensing platform (Abdaa) to classify them according to special and general criteria and the target groups.
